Team Survey

A web-based replacement for the Excel + VBA team survey workbook.

Two ways in:

• Admin — manage teams, send surveys, view metrics. Admin log-in
• Team leaders — receive a magic-link email and click through to a simple survey page. From the admin dashboard you can click "Send survey" to generate one of these.
